On the evening of September 28, the People's Committee of Dam Ha town organized an announcement of the decision to establish and launch the Nha To singing and singing-dancing club at the communal house. This is an art form that has been recognized as a national intangible cultural heritage and is currently still preserved with its own unique and distinctive features at communal house festivals in Dam Ha district.

At the ceremony, the People's Committee of Dam Ha town announced the Decision to establish the Club and recognized the members of the Executive Board of the Dam Ha Town House Singing and Communal House Singing and Dancing Club, consisting of 46 members. The Club operates on a voluntary basis, according to the Club's regulations and operates in accordance with local and legal regulations.
