On the morning of June 22, Ho Chi Minh City University of Law announced information on receiving application documents for admission, guiding candidates to provide admission information online for the school's 4 regular university admission methods in 2025.

Receive online registration information in 4 methods

According to MSc. Le Van Hien - in charge of the university training department of Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, the school previously planned to enroll students in 3 methods, but now it has decided on 5 methods.

From the morning of June 23, the school began accepting online registration for information declaration in 4 ways.

Method 1: direct admission, direct admission and priority admission according to the university admission regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training and the school.

Method 2: Admission combines high school academic results with international language certificates or US SAT exam results.

Method 3: Admission based on high school academic results of candidates studying at schools listed in the "List of high schools with priority for admission in 2025 of Ho Chi Minh City National University".

Method 4: Consider candidates with V-SAT exam results (computer-based university entrance exam) organized by other units (up to the end of the exam period on July 6, 2025) for admission consideration.

Candidates must prepare all required documents (photocopies or scans) according to the school's regulations. Documents must be photocopied or scanned from the original (or a "certified copy with red seal" for high school transcripts) and must be clear and contain complete information.

Then, you must convert the captured or scanned images into PDF files (1 file for each type of document), with a maximum file size of 10 Mb. Candidates save the converted PDF files according to the following syntax: "Citizen identification number_Candidate's full name_Name of document type".

"Candidates use their citizen identification number or the ID card they registered for the 2025 high school graduation exam to enter the school's admission information registration system (ie only use the same citizen identification number or ID card)," Mr. Hien noted.

Method 5 - admission based on the results of the 2025 high school graduation exam, candidates register according to regulations of the Ministryof Education and Training.

Register for online admission information in 4 steps

Candidates who are eligible for direct admission, direct admission consideration and priority admission consideration according to the university admission regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training and the school (method 1) must register and declare information online or submit their application directly to the school.

Register directly until 5:00 p.m. on June 30 at the university training department of the school (02 Nguyen Tat Thanh, Ward 13, District 4, Ho Chi Minh City). Register online from 9:00 a.m. on June 23 to 11:59 p.m. on June 30.

Candidates who have international language certificates or US SAT exam results; candidates studying at schools listed in the "List of 149 high schools with priority for admission in 2025 of Ho Chi Minh City National University"; have V-SAT exam results (methods 2, 3 and 4) can register and declare information online, register from 9:00 on June 23 to 23:59 on July 6.

How to register for admission information: Candidates register for admission information online in the following four steps:

Step 1. Access the school's online admission information registration page: https://xettuyenk50.hcmulaw.edu.vn

Step 2. Select the "Register for admission information according to the university admission method in 2025 of the school" section;

Step 3. Declare information:

- Step 3.1. Declare personal information;

- Step 3.2. Select the admission method to declare information;

- Step 3.3. Attach documents and evidence;

- Step 3.4. Enter the verification code and register your profile;

- Step 3.5. Log in to the system using the account provided by the school via email to edit, change information of the registered method and view results, converted points, and bonus points (if any).

Step 4 : Download the registration form, from July 9 to July 12.

Candidates must use the admission information registration account provided by the school to access the school's online admission information registration page and download the candidate's "Admission information registration form" to save, use when necessary and look up results, converted points, bonus points, etc.

Must register re-admission wishes on the ministry's system.

Regarding the announcement of information on direct admission, direct admission, priority admission and rules for converting equivalent points and bonus points, according to Mr. Hien, for method 1, candidates eligible for direct admission and direct admission must have their admission information announced by 5:00 p.m. on July 15 at the latest.

Candidates who receive admission information must continue to register their admission wishes on the ministry's system from July 16 to 5:00 p.m. on July 28.

Candidates who are prioritized for admission (candidates who won consolation prizes in the national excellent student selection exam) to be considered for admission, immediately after receiving the results of the 2025 high school graduation exam, need to send these exam results to the school via email: [email protected] and update the exam results at https://forms.gle/v1P2rZzshmXPeRzH9 no later than 5:00 p.m. on July 18.

The school will announce admission information: no later than 5:00 p.m. on July 22.

Candidates who receive admission information must continue to register their admission wishes on the ministry's system: from July 16 to 5:00 p.m. on July 28.

For candidates registering under methods 2, 3 and 4, the conversion rule is equivalent to high school learning results with exam scores in the 2025 high school graduation exam determined by the school no later than 5:00 p.m. on July 23.

Candidates who receive information on equivalent score conversion and bonus points (if any) must continue to register their admission wishes on the Ministry's system: from July 16 to 5:00 p.m. on July 28. The school will conduct the admission score and process the admission wishes on the Ministry's system according to the general plan.

Each candidate is only admitted to the highest choice (corresponding to the admission method) among the choices that the candidate has registered validly and ensures that he/she meets the admission requirements according to the regulations of the Ministry.
