Strange signs in the billion-dollar business ecosystem of Huan "Hoa Hong"

(Dan Tri) - A series of companies of Huan "Hoa Hong" with charter capital of hundreds of billions of dong have fallen into a state of "not operating at the registered address".

HL Group - the "core" of the past is now absent

Bui Xuan Huan (commonly known as Huan "Hoa Hong") was born in 1985, from the old Yen Bai . Huan "Hoa Hong" is known to many people, especially young people, through livestream videos and YouTube channel.

Bui Xuan Huan also contributed capital to establish many multi-industry enterprises. In the list of enterprises founded by Huan "Hoa Hong", HL Group Joint Stock Company is considered the "locomotive".

HL Group was established in February 2022, headquartered in Duong Noi urban area, Hanoi . The company has a charter capital of nearly 100 billion VND, operating in the field of distributing perfumes, cosmetics and consumer goods.

The three founding shareholders include Bui Xuan Huan, who contributed more than VND 54.9 billion (equivalent to 55% of capital) and Pham Thi Ngoc Linh, who contributed VND 39.9 billion (40% of capital), the remaining shareholder is Nguyen Van Tam, who contributed more than VND 4.9 billion, holding 5%. Huan "Hoa Hong" holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors and Legal Representative.

The company's main line of business is retailing medicines, medical equipment, cosmetics and hygiene products in specialized stores. However, this business is currently not operating at the registered address.

At the time of its launch, the company was heavily promoted, associated with the image of Huan as a successful businessman. However, contrary to the hype on social networks, HL Group is currently determined to be inactive at the registered address, has no staff present, and has no recorded transactions at the headquarters.

Enterprises with capital of tens of billions of dong but no activities

Before HL Group, Huan "Hoa Hong" contributed capital or operated several other companies such as 168 Service Joint Stock Company and FB Asia Service Joint Stock Company.

These enterprises have charter capital from several billion to several tens of billions of VND, registered in many different industries but have in common that they do not operate at the registered address and have no business activities.

168 Service Company, established in 2018 in Ho Chi Minh City, has the main business of house cleaning, with a charter capital of 2 billion VND. This company once increased its capital to 20 billion VND after only one year. But now this business has "disappeared" from the market, with no transactions recorded.

Similarly, FB Asia Company - registered under the name of Huan "Hoa Hong's" wife - has a charter capital of up to 8 billion VND and is currently also in a "frozen" state and is not operating at the registered address.

Notably, Huan "Hoa Hong" also contributed capital to establish a real estate business company. According to research, Hoa Hong Land Real Estate Joint Stock Company was established in September 2022, headquartered in Hoa Binh ward, Phu Tho province.

The company has a charter capital of 2 billion VND, in which Bui Xuan Huan contributed 800 million VND (40% of capital), Mr. Vu Binh Long contributed 120 million VND (6% of capital), Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hang contributed 480 million VND, holding 24%, Mr. Dao Vu Dinh contributed 100 million VND (5% of capital) and Ms. Nguyen Thi Thai held the remaining 25% of capital. Ms. Thai is also the Legal Representative and Director of the company.

In addition, Huan "Hoa Hong" also contributed 1.1 billion VND (equivalent to 55% of capital) to establish Huan Hoa Hong Joint Stock Company (Gia Lam commune, Hanoi), operating mainly in the advertising field from February 2023. The enterprise is led by Mr. Vu Binh Long (born in 1984) as General Director and Legal Representative.

Since becoming famous on social media, Huan "Hoa Hong" and his wife have also regularly livestreamed to sell perfumes, cosmetics... under their own brand, which Huan "Hoa Hong" introduced as the founder and manager. Notably, many decanted perfume samples cost only a few tens of thousands of dong.
