Investing 80 billion to build a road connecting the new General Hospital to National Highway 2

The Chairman of Tuyen Quang Provincial People's Committee has just approved the investment policy for the project to build a traffic route connecting to the Provincial General Hospital and auxiliary items in phase 1.

Specifically, the road is built in Luong Vuong commune, Tuyen Quang city with a total investment of approximately 80 billion VND from the local budget and is assigned to the Department of Construction of Tuyen Quang province as the investor, to be implemented until 2026.

The route is designed with the scale of a secondary main street according to TCVN 13592:2022 standard, with a design speed of 50km/h. The scale of the road cross-section complies with the Detailed Construction Plan.

Accordingly, the road surface is 21m wide, including 4 lanes, each 3.5m wide, 2 lanes 2.75m wide and 2 triangular ditches 0.5m wide, plus 2 safety strips 0.25m wide. The road is arranged with a 3m wide median strip and 2 sidewalks on each side 5m wide. The total width of the road is 34m.

The intersection of the route is expected to be a simple three-way intersection, with a traffic island and traffic safety system.

The invested route aims to connect and circulate between the new Provincial General Hospital with National Highway 2 and existing roads in the area, enhancing the synchronization and modernity of infrastructure, contributing to the completion of the traffic network in the area.
