Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee has just sent a document to the Ministry of Planning and Investment regarding the review of planning related to the proposed investment policy for the project of constructing and trading infrastructure of Phu Xuan Industrial Park, in Ea Drong commune, Cu Mgar district.
Previously, the Ministry sent an official dispatch requesting the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee to review and supplement the assessment of the project's conformity with the National Master Plan, national sectoral plans, Central Highlands regional plans and Dak Lak Provincial Plan.

Through review, the Provincial People's Committee found that there is no national sectoral planning related to the industrial park. The detailed determination of Phu Xuan industrial park is determined in the Central Highlands Regional Planning and Dak Lak Provincial Planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050.
Thus, the above project is consistent with: The national master plan approved by the National Assembly in Resolution No. 81/2023; The Central Highlands regional planning approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 377/QD-TTg dated May 4, 2024; The provincial planning approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 1747/QD-TTg dated December 30, 2023.
Therefore, Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee requested the Ministry of Planning and Investment to synthesize and report to the Prime Minister for consideration and decision to approve the investment policy and at the same time approve the investor.
Previously, the Phu Xuan Industrial Park Project was approved by the Prime Minister to be added to the planning in 2017. On that basis, the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee conducted a survey to propose an investment project to develop the infrastructure of the Industrial Park. The province also approved the project's construction zoning plan at a scale of 1/2000, with a total area of over 300 hectares.
