On the evening of December 14th, at Thu Thiem Riverstage, the Trinh Cong Son family, in collaboration with Eras Land, organized the "Let's Love Each Other " concert. More than just an art program, the event became a convergence point where music , memories, and the spirit of sharing naturally met, reflecting the humanistic philosophy that the late musician Trinh Cong Son conveyed throughout his life of songwriting.
The music director of " Let's Love Each Other" is artist Tran Manh Tuan, and stage director Tan Loc is in charge of the production. The concert features artists such as Le Quyen, Duc Tuan, Quoc Thien, Tan Son, Uyen Linh, Bui Lan Huong, and Nakatani Akari. The artists all chose a restrained style of performance, prioritizing emotion and sincerity over technique, so that each song resonates like a whispered message about how to live, how to love, and how to treat each other amidst a life full of changes.
The program's highlights included the soulful saxophone performance of Tran Manh Tuan with "A Realm to Return To ," and the emotionally charged vocals of Le Quyen in "Tearful Eyes" and "Footprints in Paradise ."

Bui Lan Huong touches upon delicate emotional layers with "White Summer" and "Pink Rain" ; Quoc Thien evokes poignant nostalgia through "Sea of Memories" and "Fading Away"; Uyen Linh expresses inner depth through "Like a Flying Heron," "Deeply Etched Marks," and "Please Let the Sun Sleep Peacefully."
Nakatani Akari brought a fresh perspective to "Diem Xua ," while Duong Tan Son conveyed simplicity through "Cho Nhin Que Huong Sang Choi" and "Canh Dong Hoa Binh ." Emotions were heightened by Duc Tuan's performances of " Xin Cho Toi," "Hue - Saigon - Hanoi," and "Rung Xanh Xanh Mai. " The evening also featured a collaboration between Quoc Thien and Uyen Linh in "Ru Doi Di Nhe," and a special quartet performance by Duc Tuan, Tan Son, Bui Lan Huong, and Nakatani Akari of "Hay Yeu Nhau Di."

Alongside the stage performance, a photo exhibition by photographer Duong Minh Long added special depth to the program. It was a rare occasion to see Trinh Cong Son's memorabilia, precious photographs of him, and everyday moments with his friends being widely showcased.

Beyond its artistic merit, "Let's Love Each Other" also fully portrays the values that Trịnh Công Sơn cherished: love, sharing, and giving back to the community. Singer Trịnh Vĩnh Trinh, representing the family, said that for the late musician, music only truly had meaning when it helped bring people closer together, and the fundraising activity at the concert is a way to continue that spirit.
At the concert, representatives of the organizing committee announced that more than 1 billion VND had been donated to the Trinh Cong Son Literature and Arts Fund from various organizations and individuals. This contribution will be used to coordinate with local authorities to distribute Tet gifts to more than 2,500 households in Central Vietnam affected by natural disasters, including cash and essential necessities.
"This is a gesture of sharing from kind hearts in Ho Chi Minh City, also a message of encouragement, sending warmth and hope for a spring that is approaching to those in difficult circumstances," singer Trinh Vinh Trinh shared.
Ms. Nguyen Huong, General Director of Eras Land, expressed: “We believe that music has the power to heal and awaken compassion. Participating in this music event is an opportunity for us to contribute to sowing values of kindness and truly beneficial things for the community.”
