(NLDO) - At Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade, the benchmark score for economics majors is 23 or higher based on the method of considering high school graduation exam scores.

On the afternoon of August 22, Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade announced the 2025 university admission scores according to admission methods.

High school graduation exam method : Standard scores range from 17 to 24.5 points. This year's standard scores generally remain stable, although some majors have increased, but the increase is not much.

- For majors in the economic and commercial sector such as marketing, business administration, international business, e-commerce, etc., the benchmark score is above 23; logistics and supply chain management alone has the highest score of 24.5.

- The majors of tourism , tourism and travel service management, law, economic law and information technology have a standard score of over 23, adjusted slightly and more flexibly than last year, reflecting the correct exam score range.

- For engineering and technology fields such as food technology, electrical and electronic engineering technology, mechatronic engineering technology, sewing technology, biotechnology, etc., the score ranges from 18.5 to 23, with fluctuations but not too large, ensuring fair competition among candidates.

Method of considering high school transcripts (grades 10, 11 and 12): standard score from 20.33 - 26.5. Accordingly, majors with standard scores above 25 include: English, Chinese, marketing, international business, e-commerce, banking and finance, law, economic law, logistics and supply chain management, information technology, tourism, restaurant and food service management, tourism and travel service management.

Majors with benchmark scores from 22 to under 25 include: Food processing science , food technology, thermal engineering, control and automation engineering technology, control and automation engineering technology, electrical and electronic engineering technology, mechatronic engineering technology, machine manufacturing technology, accounting, financial technology, food business administration, data science, information security, business administration.

The remaining industries have benchmark scores from 20.33 to below 22.

Method of considering the competency assessment test scores of Ho Chi Minh City National University : Standard score from 607 - 800; the group of majors in economics, administration, marketing, logistics has the highest score of 800. Of which, logistics and supply chain management has the highest standard score. Other majors have relatively high standard scores such as: English, Chinese, marketing, international business, finance and banking, law, economic law, information technology, tourism, tourism and travel services management...

Method of considering the specialized competency assessment test scores of Ho Chi Minh City University of Education : Standard score from 20.25 - 26.25. Majors with standard scores above 25 include: English language, Chinese language, marketing, international business, finance and banking, law, economic law, tourism, tourism and travel service management, hotel management, restaurant management and food service.

The application code/student code and ID number/phone number are sent by the school to the candidate via SMS/email.
