About 90 food stalls are arranged along Bai Sau Park, introducing many attractive dishes such as grilled seafood, vermicelli, regional pho, on-site specialties and OCOP products, providing a diverse dining space day and night.

Visitors can easily find typical dishes from all over the country, from fresh seafood to colorful cakes; at the same time experience new flavors from young chefs from Ho Chi Minh City, creating a vibrant culinary exchange.

In addition to the booths, culinary experience areas such as the fish sauce craft village space, Bat Trang pottery area or folk cuisine area help visitors better understand the origin of dishes, how to prepare them and the cultural story behind each ingredient.

The kite flying experience area, mini DJ stage and folk game area complement the culinary experience, creating a relaxing space after enjoying the food, helping the festival become a colorful weekend destination for families and young people.

In the evening, the stalls are even more brilliant with lights, music and exchanges between tourists, chefs and artisans. The lively atmosphere lasts until late, creating a festival atmosphere full of beach tourism.

Many families choose to go to Bai Sau Park for dinner instead of eating at a restaurant, because not only is there a variety of delicious dishes, but there are also adjacent entertainment activities, suitable for both children and adults.

The Carnival - Street Parade on Thuy Van Street is expected to take place on the evenings of December 6 and 7, contributing to creating a vibrant festival atmosphere, attracting tourists to visit and enjoy coastal cuisine in a space of vibrant light and music.

The festival also has a low-altitude fireworks display at 9 p.m. on December 6, promising to create a special visual highlight, allowing visitors to both watch the fireworks and enjoy delicious dishes typical of Vung Tau's coastal region.

According to the organizers, the number of visitors is expected to increase during the two weekend days when parades, sea performances and fireworks take place simultaneously, promising to create more impressive moments for both tourists and locals.
