Ho Chi Minh City delegation and Becamex Group participate in the Forum in Korea

On the afternoon of August 13, 2025, a working delegation from Ho Chi Minh City led by Mr. Nguyen Loc Ha, Vice Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, participated in the Ho Chi Minh City and Busan City Business Forum to promote trade connection activities in the Busan area.

In the presence of Mr. Nguyen Loc Ha, Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, Becamex Group signed Memorandums of Understanding for cooperation with major Korean corporations.

At the Forum, Mr. Nguyen The Duy, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Deputy General Director of Becamex Group, introduced the industrial infrastructure of Ho Chi Minh City after the merger to Korean businesses. He highlighted Becamex Group's role as a leading industrial developer in both the former Binh Duong province and the new Ho Chi Minh City, with a complete industrial ecosystem and a development orientation based on ecological and symbiotic industrial park models. The comprehensive infrastructure offers significant added value to investors coming to Ho Chi Minh City.

Overview of the Ho Chi Minh City and Busan City Business Forum program.

Within the framework of this Ho Chi Minh City - Busan City Business Forum program, Becamex Group also signed Memorandums of Understanding with Korean corporations in the following areas:

1. Busan Port Corporation (BPA): Establish a strategic partnership and promote cooperation between the two sides in the areas of port infrastructure development; logistics and supply chain connectivity; development of remote areas and industrial projects; digital transformation and smart industrial ecosystem; and smart, environmentally friendly port systems.

2. Korea Land & Housing Corporation (LH): implements the "Urban Growth Partnership Program" to strengthen cooperation between the Parties on the basis of government- to-government (G2G) cooperation, aiming to build Ho Chi Minh City into a model smart city of Vietnam, and to specify the content of cooperation between the Parties to concretize and promote the UGPP Project related to smart city and industrial park development according to Ho Chi Minh City's smart city development plan.

3. LS Electric (LSE): collaborates in the technical development and implementation of Smart Factory solutions in Vietnam, such as Digital Twin, MES, Warehouse Management Systems, AMR/AGV, Machine Vision Inspection Systems, etc.
