The fight against crime and criminal offenses, especially crimes against life, health, dignity and honor of people; violations of property, violations of economic management order, positions, drug crimes, high technology crimes... in which, there are many serious and complicated cases that have been closely monitored and directed by the Central Steering Committee on preventing and combating corruption, waste and negativity and the Standing Committee of the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense, ensuring strictness and effectiveness, ensuring political, legal and professional requirements. The quality and effectiveness of investigation and settlement Resolve cases and cases in a strict and effective manner, ensuring the right person, the right crime, and the right law; prevent injustice and mistakes, and limit criminals from escaping.
