Based on the plan developed by the Party Committee of Brigade 572 at the beginning of the year, the Party committees and branches at all levels have proactively assessed and analyzed the quality of the masses, developed plans to create a pool of potential Party members, and selected and nurtured potential Party members.

In a conversation with us, Lieutenant Colonel Le Xuan De, Head of Political Affairs of Brigade 572, stated that during the year, the Brigade's Party Committee led and directed Party committees and organizations at all levels to strictly implement the procedures and steps in the work of developing Party members. In addition, the Brigade regularly paid attention to and directed subordinate Party organizations to focus on propaganda and education to raise awareness about the Party and build correct motivations for striving to join the Party among the masses.

The Party Branch Secretary presented the decision to admit Private Dang Huynh Thien Vy as a Party member.

The Standing Committee of the Brigade Party Committee leads and directs Party committees and organizations at all levels to closely monitor and recruit potential Party members; it directs the Political Department to advise the Standing Committee of the Brigade Party Committee on organizing high-quality and effective training courses for prospective Party members, focusing on professional soldiers, non-commissioned officers undergoing reserve officer training, and those with university or college degrees, as well as people from remote areas, to create a pool of cadres for the locality. At the same time, the results of Party member recruitment are used annually as one of the criteria for evaluating and ranking the quality of Party committees and organizations at all levels.

Attending the Party membership induction ceremony at the Party Branch of Company 5 (Party Committee of Battalion 2), we witnessed the pride of the new Party members. The induction of new Party members is an event of profound political significance, affirming the role and position of the Party organization at the grassroots level; it also demonstrates the concrete results of the process of educating, nurturing, training, and testing outstanding individuals. Private Dang Huynh Thien Vy is a young soldier with good moral character, always exemplary in his studies, work, and daily life, actively participating in the unit's emulation movements, and is trusted by the Party committee and the people, who recommended him to join the ranks of the Communist Party of Vietnam .

At the ceremony, under the Party flag, the national flag, and the portrait of President Ho Chi Minh , Comrade Dang Huynh Thien Vy solemnly recited the oath of a new Party member, expressing his absolute determination to be loyal to the revolutionary ideals, to strive throughout his life for the goals and ideals of the Party, for national independence linked with socialism, and for the happiness of the people.

Party membership induction ceremony at the Party Branch of Company 5 (Party Committee of Battalion 2).

Lieutenant Colonel Do Van Thang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Political Commissar of Battalion 2, stated: “Today's party membership admission ceremony is the result of a long process of striving and training, and also a testament to the vitality, fighting spirit, and prestige of the Party organization in the unit. Each newly admitted party member is a new element, contributing to consolidating trust, strengthening unity and solidarity, and building a stronger Party branch to meet the requirements of the current period.”

Deeply moved by this great honor, new Party member Dang Huynh Thien Vy expressed: “Being in the ranks of the Communist Party of Vietnam is a dream and a goal I have strived for throughout my life. I deeply understand that this is not only a source of pride but also a great responsibility. I promise to always uphold the spirit of pioneering and exemplary conduct, diligently study, train, cultivate moral qualities, be absolutely loyal to the Party, the Fatherland, and the people, and fulfill all assigned tasks well, worthy of the trust and love of the Party committee, commanders, and comrades.”

The party membership admission ceremony not only affirms the solid development of the Party organization within the 572nd Brigade Party Committee, but also provides further motivation and confidence for the younger generation in the unit to continue striving, cultivating, and training, ready to accept and excellently complete all tasks, contributing to building a cleaner and stronger Brigade Party Committee and a comprehensively strong unit that is "exemplary and outstanding".

In 2025, the Party Committee of Brigade 572 admitted 9 new party members, achieving 100% of the plan. In reality, the new party members of Brigade 572's Party Committee have effectively fulfilled their roles and responsibilities in carrying out their duties.
