The Gia Phuc Women's Association strives to help 9 households escape poverty each year.

For the 2025-2030 term, the Women's Union of Gia Phuc commune (Hai Phong) has set an annual goal of helping 9 households escape multidimensional poverty and near-poverty.

On the morning of October 14th, the Women's Union of Gia Phuc commune (Hai Phong city) held its first delegate congress for the 2025-2030 term.

For the 2025-2030 term, the Gia Phuc Women's Association aims to annually recommend at least two outstanding women for Party membership. 100% of key association officials will meet the required standards for their positions, and 100% of branch leaders will receive training in association work to meet the demands of the new situation. Annually, the association will monitor at least one policy and provide feedback on at least two draft documents of the Party committee and government.

The Gia Phuc Women's Association strives to ensure that by 2030, 100% of its officials, members, and women aged 18 and above who meet the necessary conditions (have equipment, IT infrastructure, and the ability to participate in training) will be equipped with basic digital skills and have level 2 electronic identity verification accounts. Annually, the association at all levels will help 9 households with women escape multidimensional poverty and near-poverty.

The Women's Association of Gia Phuc commune aims to ensure that 100% of its key officials meet the required qualifications for their positions.

During the past term, the Women's Union of Gia Phuc commune achieved and exceeded 9 out of 10 targets set forth in the congress resolution. Some targets were significantly surpassed, such as supporting women's comprehensive development and building prosperous, happy, progressive, and civilized families.

In participating in Party building and the political system, women in Gia Phuc have advised the Standing Committee of the Commune Party Committee to introduce female cadres to supplement the planning and develop plans for various positions. The Commune Women's Association has introduced 12 outstanding members to attend Party membership training courses, and 9 of them have been admitted to the Party.
