Late on October 28th, the entire coaching staff and players of the Hanoi Trade Union team landed at Tan Son Nhat Airport (Ho Chi Minh City) from the capital to prepare for the 2025 Vietnam Workers and Public Employees Football Championship Finals.
Although the tournament doesn't start until October 31st, the entire team decided to fly early to ensure the best possible preparation. Therefore, despite flying late at night, the Hanoi Trade Union players all shared a spirited and enthusiastic atmosphere, beaming with smiles.
Sharing his thoughts upon arriving at the airport, Mr. Nguyen Duy Truong - team leader of the Hanoi Trade Union - happily stated: "First of all, I would like to thank the organizing committee for their very warm welcome, for not hesitating to travel a long distance to welcome the Hanoi Trade Union team."
The team is in great spirits and determined to compete to achieve the best possible results. Besides aiming for victory, this is also an opportunity for the team to gain experience, learn, and interact with all the other teams."

Speaking about the team's plans, Mr. Truong said that since they represent a company that manufactures sanitary ware, the entire team will visit the company's showroom on the morning of October 29th. Afterward, the team will have a rest in the afternoon and will have a practice session on the morning of October 30th to familiarize themselves with the court.
In the group stage, the Hanoi Trade Union was placed in Group D along with the Vietnam Banking Trade Union, the Da Nang Trade Union, and the An Giang Trade Union.
The Vietnam Workers and Civil Servants Football Tournament, jointly organized by Tuoi Tre newspaper, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, and the Vietnam Football Federation, is being held for the third consecutive year.
Entering the 2025 season, the tournament has affirmed its position as a prestigious annual playground for workers, civil servants, and laborers nationwide; contributing to promoting the movement of physical training and sports, and improving the cultural and spiritual life of workers, civil servants, and laborers in particular and society as a whole.
This year's tournament is honored to have the support of Truong Hai Group Joint Stock Company (THACO), Dong Luc Sports Group, HTP Pharmaceutical Investment Joint Stock Company, Hoa Sen Group Joint Stock Company, Sunshine Group, Saigon Water Supply Corporation (SAWACO), Faslink Joint Stock Company, Military Central Hospital 108, Military Hospital 175, and several other businesses.
The final round of the 2025 Vietnam Workers and Public Employees Football Tournament will take place from October 31st to November 2nd in Ho Chi Minh City, with the participation of 16 teams that successfully advanced from the qualifying rounds.
