Comrade Nguyen Manh Hung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee presented flowers to congratulate Most Venerable Thich Thanh Hoa, Member of the Executive Council of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha, Head of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha in the province, abbot of Phuc Minh Pagoda, Hiep Hoa commune (Vu Thu).

On behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee of the province, Comrade Nguyen Manh Hung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, wished the dignitaries, monks, nuns, and Buddhist followers a joyful, peaceful, and happy Buddha's birthday. He acknowledged and highly appreciated the contributions and companionship of the dignitaries, monks, nuns, and Buddhist followers to the socio-economic development, national defense and security of the province, especially the consensus of the monks, nuns, and Buddhist followers on the policy of rearranging administrative units at the commune and provincial levels in the past time. Comrade Nguyen Manh Hung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee spoke at Phuc Minh Pagoda, Hiep Hoa Commune.

The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee hopes that in the coming time, dignitaries, monks, nuns, and Buddhist followers will continue to well implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, and local regulations; actively respond to and participate in patriotic emulation movements, especially the emulation movement to build "Exemplary Four-Temple Pagoda"; build a great national unity bloc; unify will and action, better implement the motto: "Buddhism - nation - socialism", together with local Party committees and authorities to successfully carry out political tasks, contributing to building an increasingly civilized and prosperous homeland.
