She affirmed that the achievements of the past period vividly reflect the special solidarity between Laos and Vietnam, and the mutual support in the struggle for independence as well as in national construction. Under all circumstances, the two Parties, the two States, and the people of the two countries always stand shoulder to shoulder, inseparable.

According to Ms. Inlavan Keobounphanh, the two sides have organized numerous in-person and online training courses; exchanged five high-level delegations; and local Front organizations have maintained exchanges of experience in mass mobilization. In particular, Laos received 30 computer sets to support its professional work. This coordinated activity has helped to enhance the sense of responsibility and movement skills of officials from the central to the grassroots levels. Based on the accumulated experience, the Committee has compiled professional guidance documents and collected numerous feedback from society as a basis for critique and submission to the National Assembly annually, contributing to the improvement of policies.

During the meeting, she shared her experience on methods of mobilizing the masses and disseminating information through mass media to create social consensus. She suggested that in the future, the Central Propaganda Department and the Central Mass Mobilization Department continue to support the training and development of Lao journalists and media professionals. Emphasizing that 2025 is the final year of the 2021-2025 cooperation agreement, she proposed that both sides promptly develop and sign a new cooperation agreement for the next phase.

Immediately after the meeting, the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department held a working session with the delegation from the Central Committee of the Lao Front for National Construction.
