Speaking at the opening of the Congress, comrade Tran Tuan Anh, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lang Biang Ward - Da Lat, emphasized that Lang Biang Ward - Da Lat has just been established on the basis of merging Ward 7 of the old Da Lat City, Lac Duong Town and Lat Commune of the old Lac Duong District. The formation of the new administrative unit poses many important tasks in consolidating the great solidarity bloc, while opening up opportunities to promote economic , cultural and social strengths.

In the direction of the next term, the Congress agreed with the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Creativity - Development"; in which, focusing on building a strong great solidarity bloc, innovating the content of activities, improving the quality of supervision, caring for social security and promoting digital transformation in the Front system.

Lang Biang Ward - Da Lat has a natural area of 322.66 km² with 40,041 people. Of which, ethnic minorities have 9,807 people, accounting for 24.49% of the population. The number of religious followers reaches 27,848, equivalent to nearly 70%. The growth rate of total product value in the area is estimated at 10.06 percent. Average income per capita is nearly 76.2 million VND per year. The whole ward currently has only one poor household according to multidimensional standards.

The work of supervision, criticism and public reception has made remarkable progress in recent times, demonstrated by the coordination of the ward Fatherland Front in organizing many dialogue conferences between the heads of Party committees, authorities and the people. Nearly 1,200 voters participated, contributing 210 opinions and recommendations that were compiled and sent to competent authorities for consideration. In parallel, the whole ward maintained 29 mediation teams with 175 members, contributing to timely handling of disputes and maintaining consensus right at the grassroots level.

During the 2024 - 2029 term, many remarkable results were recorded. The whole ward has 27 typical residential areas, accounting for more than 93% and 12 model residential areas, reaching more than 41%. The "For the Poor" Fund mobilized over 230 million VND, supporting the construction of 8 new houses and repairing 2 houses with a total cost of 550 million VND. People supported the Northern compatriots affected by storm No. 3 with more than 772 million VND and many necessities.

The Congress also frankly acknowledged the existing limitations such as lack of diversity in propaganda, uneven quality of criticism and limited application of information technology at the grassroots level.

On that basis, in the 2025-2030 term, the Fatherland Front of Lang Biang Ward - Da Lat determined to focus on strengthening the great national unity bloc, innovating the content and methods of operation, improving the quality of supervision and social criticism. At the same time, taking care of social security, promoting digital transformation, aiming to build a green, friendly locality with strong identity and an attractive destination.

Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Tran Thi Chuc Quynh, Provincial Party Committee member, Party Secretary, Chairman of Lang Biang Ward People's Council - Da Lat acknowledged the efforts of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in strengthening solidarity, mobilizing people to participate in emulation movements and preserving traditional cultural values.

Regarding the future orientation, comrade Bon Yo Soan emphasized 6 key tasks. These are promoting the great national unity bloc, innovating the content and methods of operation associated with digital technology, improving the quality of social supervision and criticism.
