Construction of 3 industrial parks Long Duc 3, Bau Can - Tan Hiep, Xuan Que - Song Nhan is expected to start on December 19.

(DN) - On the afternoon of October 9, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Nai province Vo Tan Duc chaired a working session with departments, branches, localities and investors related to compensation and site clearance for 3 industrial parks (IPs) including: Long Duc 3, Bau Can - Tan Hiep (phase 1) and Xuan Que - Song Nhan (phase 1). According to the report of the Provincial Land Fund Development Center, up to now, Xuan Que - Song Nhan Industrial Park has counted 100% of the area but has not been able to apply the price and make a compensation plan because there is no specific land price. Similarly, Bau Can - Tan Hiep Industrial Park also does not have a specific land price to carry out the next steps. As for Long Duc 3 Industrial Park, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center - Long Thanh branch has transferred compensation money to Dong Nai Rubber Company, but this unit has not received the money.

Regarding these industrial parks, investors have reported progress, difficulties and made specific recommendations.

Accordingly, for Bau Can - Tan Hiep Industrial Park (phase 1), Tan Hiep Industrial Park Joint Stock Company proposed that the Provincial People's Committee direct the communes to speed up the inventory of land and remaining assets, confirm the origin of land and houses and determine specific land prices as a basis for compensation. At the same time, it requested the Provincial Land Fund Development Center, the People's Committees of the communes and related units to promptly appraise and approve the compensation, support and land recovery plan managed by Dong Nai Rubber Company, as well as speed up the land recovery procedures of the people.

Regarding Long Duc 3 Industrial Park, Long Duc 3 Industrial Park Joint Stock Company proposed that the Provincial People's Committee thoroughly handle the support policy and remaining land investment costs for the land used by Dong Nai Rubber Company; at the same time, work with the rubber industry to soon receive compensation, liquidate trees and hand over the site.

Regarding Xuan Que - Song Nhan Industrial Park (phase 1), Xuan Que Industrial Park Joint Stock Company proposed that the Provincial People's Committee direct the communes to speed up the process of assigning ownership, reclaiming the remaining land plots, confirming the origin and determining specific land prices. The Provincial Land Fund Development Center coordinates with the People's Committee of Xuan Que commune and related units to promptly establish, appraise, approve compensation and support plans and issue decisions on land reclamation for households in the project area.

Concluding the working session, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Tan Duc requested relevant units to be more active in site clearance work, ensuring sufficient conditions for the simultaneous commencement of 3 industrial parks on December 19, 2025.

Specifically, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Provincial Land Fund Development Center to direct the Long Thanh branch to handle the remaining land investment cost support for Dong Nai Rubber Company in accordance with regulations. The Vietnam Rubber Industry Group directed Dong Nai Rubber Company to promptly receive compensation, liquidate rubber trees and hand over the site before December 19, 2025. Infrastructure investors reviewed the progress, determined priority areas for construction, and coordinated with Dong Nai Rubber Company to organize liquidation and hand over the site in a timely manner.

The People's Committees of Xuan Que, Phuoc Thai and Long Phuoc communes urgently coordinated with construction consultants to submit specific land prices for approval as a basis for compensation payments to households.
