Signing of funding for the first social housing project in Long Thanh commune

The iD Town Social Housing Project is invested by Long Thanh Riverside Joint Stock Company, with an area of over 2.5 hectares, including 4 apartment blocks of 7 floors, 628 apartments, area from ^48-77m2 . Because it is located in a commercial housing project, the social housing area enjoys full infrastructure facilities of the entire area such as: community living area, parking lot, green park and traffic infrastructure. This is also the first commercial standard social housing project in Long Thanh commune.

Regarding progress, it is expected that this December the project will complete the topping out of 2 blocks, more than 300 apartments; the remaining 2 blocks will complete the topping out in the first quarter of 2026.

The signing of the capital funding contract between Long Thanh Riverside Joint Stock Company and Vietcombank Long Thanh branch is an important step, demonstrating the trust, companionship and commitment of both parties in developing sustainable and humane social housing products.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Long Thanh Commune Le Hoang Son said: The implementation of the Social Housing Project in Long Thanh Commune has realized the correct policy of the Party and State, demonstrating the deep concern of the provincial and communal leaders in caring for the lives and creating conditions for "settling down and working" for people and workers. This is not only a housing project but also a dream home, a foundation for workers to feel secure in staying in Long Thanh, contributing to the overall development of the locality.

The commune leaders committed to creating the most favorable conditions, supporting the investor to ensure security and order and connecting social infrastructure during the construction process. At the same time, closely coordinate with the authorities, guide and inspect the approval of subjects to buy and rent social housing, ensure all records are processed in accordance with legal regulations, to the right subjects, and in a fair and transparent manner.

Mr. Le Hoang Son hopes that with the determination of the investor, the support of the people and the companionship of the local government, the iD Town Social Housing Project will be completed on schedule, ensuring quality and soon put into use, bringing a civilized and modern living space to the people of Long Thanh. Thereby, contributing to the formation of the urban appearance of the area surrounding Long Thanh Airport and completing the social housing development target for the period 2025-2030 of the province.
