The 1st Hung Yen Provincial Patriotic Emulation Congress is expected to be held in October 2025.

On the morning of September 4, Comrade Pham Van Nghiem, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the conference to listen to the Department of Home Affairs report on the implementation of the plan to organize the 1st Hung Yen Provincial Patriotic Emulation Congress (2025 - 2030); the draft Decision on the establishment of the Organizing Committee of the 1st Hung Yen Provincial Patriotic Emulation Congress (2025 - 2030); the draft Notice on the assignment of tasks to members of the Organizing Committee of the 1st Hung Yen Provincial Patriotic Emulation Congress (2025 - 2030).

The 1st Hung Yen Provincial Patriotic Emulation Congress (2025 - 2030) was held to summarize and evaluate the results of implementing the goals and tasks of the patriotic emulation movements and emulation and reward work in the period of 2020 - 2025; pointing out the shortcomings and limitations that need to be overcome; setting out the goals, directions and tasks of the patriotic emulation movement and reward work in the period of 2025 - 2030. This is also an opportunity to commend and honor outstanding collectives and individuals in the whole province, thereby continuing to arouse the great strength of the great solidarity bloc, creating new motivation to successfully implement the Resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels. At the same time, launching patriotic emulation movements in all areas of social life associated with promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style. As planned, the congress will be held in October 2025 at the Provincial Information and Conference Center with the participation of about 550 delegates.

At the conference, delegates basically agreed with the draft Decision on the establishment of the Organizing Committee of the 1st Hung Yen Provincial Patriotic Emulation Congress (2025 - 2030); the draft Notice on the assignment of tasks to members of the Organizing Committee of the 1st Hung Yen Provincial Patriotic Emulation Congress (2025 - 2030). At the same time, they gave their opinions on the following contents: Structure and number of delegates attending the congress; content and program of the congress; content of the exchange of typical advanced models at the congress; decoration, celebration, and propaganda about the congress; ensuring security and order for the congress...

Concluding the conference, Comrade Pham Van Nghiem, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Home Affairs, the Standing Agency of the Organizing Committee of the 1st Patriotic Emulation Congress of Hung Yen Province (2025 - 2030), to advise and implement the contents serving the congress; coordinate with relevant agencies and units to prepare conditions for organizing the congress. The Department of Home Affairs coordinates with relevant agencies, units and localities to review and make a list of delegates to the congress; select groups and individuals who are typical examples in patriotic emulation movements. The typical examples to be commended and honored must be carefully selected, truly exemplary in studying and following the ideology, morality and style of Ho Chi Minh, typical in patriotic emulation movements, worthy of honor and study. Based on the propaganda orientation of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, departments, branches and localities strengthen propaganda about the 1st Hung Yen Provincial Patriotic Emulation Congress (2025 - 2030). The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism develops a propaganda plan to serve the organization of the congress; organize cultural and artistic activities to welcome the congress. Hung Yen Newspaper, Radio and Television build special pages and columns, spending a lot of time promoting propaganda about: Achievements in socio -economic development, national defense and security of the province associated with patriotic emulation movements; typical advanced examples before, during and after the congress; publish a special issue to welcome the congress. The provincial police develop a plan to ensure security and order for the congress.
