"Born in Vietnam, coming to France at the age of 11 without knowing French, a few years later Stéphanie Do became a member of the National Assembly of 68 million citizens.

She has achieved this position through her tenacity, desire to succeed and dedication to others. Nothing can shake her determination, a determination that has helped her defeat all predictions.

Including the grief of leaving his homeland to settle in France, wandering from one refugee camp to another with his family.

Including the material difficulties she faced, along with her three brothers, her mother was a merchant and her father was a mathematics professor with a degree in Vietnam that was not recognized in France.

Her parents had to leave everything behind in Vietnam to continue their journey to find a brighter future for their children.

Stéphanie Do has proven herself worthy of this expectation. She has seized every opportunity that France has offered her and has repaid France a hundredfold."
