According to Ms. Rita Mokbel, President of Ericsson Vietnam: “The opening of the new office in Hanoi affirms Ericsson's long-term commitment to Vietnam. Together with our partners, we have contributed to laying the foundation for the 2G network, gradually developing to 3G and 4G. Today, we are proud to accompany Viettel, VNPT and MobiFone in realizing the 5G network nationwide. As Vietnam is rapidly moving towards the vision of becoming a high-income digital economy, we wish to continue to play the role of a trusted partner, accompanying the country on the journey of digital transformation and sustainable development."

Ericsson's new office in Hanoi is the first office in Ericsson Vietnam to be equipped with EVCN (Enterprise Virtual Cellular Network) - a solution developed by Ericsson, allowing businesses to manage and control 5G connections for mobile devices, especially 5G-enabled laptops or IT applications in the office, via 5G network instead of Wi-Fi.
