An Bien Commune and VNPT signed a cooperation agreement on digital transformation for the period 2025 - 2030

On the afternoon of October 28, the People's Committee of An Bien commune (An Giang province) coordinated with VNPT An Bien to organize a signing ceremony of a cooperation agreement on digital transformation for the period 2025 - 2030.

Leaders of An Bien Commune People's Committee and VNPT An Bien signed a cooperation agreement on digital transformation for the period 2025 - 2030.

According to the agreement, the two sides will cooperate on four pillars including digital infrastructure, digital government, digital economy and digital society. VNPT An Bien commits to investing in and upgrading telecommunications infrastructure in administrative, residential and new project areas; deploying mobile networks, broadband data (BTS 5G), electronic receipts, digital signatures and solutions to ensure information safety and security.

Regarding digital government, the two sides promote the application of software and platforms serving Project 06; build specialized databases, shared data warehouses and smart commune operations centers to improve management and operation efficiency.

In the field of digital economy and society, VNPT supports businesses in An Bien commune in digital transformation, promoting e-commerce and cashless payments; at the same time, deploying smart healthcare and education solutions, developing digital citizens, and raising public awareness of digital transformation.
