The Academy of Finance, formerly the Central School of Finance , Hanoi University of Finance and Accounting, was established in 1963. In 2023, the Academy of Finance will be 60 years old. In a series of activities to celebrate the 60th anniversary of its establishment and development, the Academy of Finance will organize a meeting between the Academy's leaders, teachers and alumni and students in the Central region.

Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Bui Thanh An - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee congratulated generations of teachers, staff and students of the Academy of Finance on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of its establishment and development.

For Nghe An province, a province with a rich culture, history and revolution, always proud of its tradition of studiousness, in recent times, thousands of students and trainees trained at the Academy of Finance have returned to work in their locality. These generations of students and trainees have been actively contributing to the local socio-economic development.

Many former students and trainees have held key positions in the leadership of the province, departments, branches and sectors of Nghe An and many leaders of agencies, units and enterprises located in the province. These comrades have made good use of the knowledge and skills they have been equipped with at the Academy of Finance to advise and consult on building mechanisms and policies for the leaders of Nghe An province, actively implementing socio-economic development activities, thereby helping Nghe An province overcome difficulties and become one of the most developed provinces in the Central region.

The meeting and discussion program of 60 years of establishment and development of the Academy of Finance took place solemnly and warmly; honoring and expressing gratitude to generations of teachers and the contributions of the Academy, alumni and students to the country.
