ANTD.VN - A representative of Giao hang tiet kiem (GHTK) said that the system has temporarily stopped accepting orders in some areas to ensure operational quality.

GHTK is overloaded with orders

In response to information that GHTK delivery staff were on strike, on the afternoon of January 30, 2024, a GHTK representative said that in the past 2 weeks before Tet, the amount of e-commerce goods entering the network increased dramatically, affecting the quality of operations.

Therefore, we at GHTK are forced to temporarily stop accepting orders in some local areas to ensure operational quality.

“We understand and sympathize with the shops because Tet is the peak business season for shops. We commit to doing our best this week to boost order processing productivity to receive more orders and deliver Tet goods to shop owners on time. GHTK is not on strike, it is just that the volume of goods is unusually high at the end of the year,” said a GHTK representative.

Previously, on the afternoon of January 29, information appeared on social networks about GHTK employees going on strike and refusing to deliver goods to customers.

This causes difficulties for online shop owners because the goods have been delivered to the shipping unit for many days, but their customers still have not received them and feel confused when it is Tet season, this is the peak time for sales.
