At noon on July 12, the functional forces of An Hai ward ( Da Nang city) sent forces to mobilize and collect mats, tarpaulins, raincoats... that people spread along the Han River bank on Tran Hung Dao street, next to the fireworks stand, to reserve seats to watch the fireworks final match between the Vietnamese and Chinese teams.

On the evening of July 12, the two teams Vietnam and China entered the final round of the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival (DIFF). The heat of the event attracted the attention of local people and tourists.

Mr. Hoang Cong Thanh, Chairman of An Hai Ward People's Committee, said: After receiving feedback from the community on social networks, he sent forces to check. It is normal for people and tourists to sit on the riverbank. However, the authorities are concerned that people will occupy the space with the aim of collecting money by spreading mats, raincoats, and tarpaulins to reserve a spot. The ward's functional forces came out to mobilize and clean up, and everyone complied.

Before noon on July 12, many people brought items to the riverbank to reserve seats to watch the fireworks.

The area with the most people spreading out mats and raincoats is the riverside area next to the grandstand to watch the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival.

A resident living next to the fireworks display area automatically packed up his mat and raincoat and took them home when the authorities came to mobilize and clean up.

The collected items were brought to the urban vehicle and transported to the ward for disposal according to regulations.

Authorities mobilize and propagate people not to repeat the situation of occupying seats along the Han River, contributing to ensuring security, order and urban beauty in the eyes of tourists.
