Hanoi has received 153 billion VND to support provinces affected by storms.

Of which, Hanoi Printing Association and some member enterprises donated 100 million VND; TMT Automobile Joint Stock Company 140 million VND; Thach Ban High School (Long Bien District) more than 145 million VND; officials, teachers, staff and students of Ngo Thi Nham Primary School (Hai Ba Trung District) 50 million VND; officials and people of Lam Ha district (Lam Dong province) 1 billion VND.

Speaking at the donation ceremony, Secretary of Lam Ha District Party Committee (Lam Dong Province) Nguyen Van Son said: Lam Ha District is a new economic zone of Lam Dong Province with more than 1,500 people, of which over 70% are native Hanoians. When hearing the news that storm No. 3 affected the northern provinces, including the capital Hanoi, responding to the call of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong Province, officials and people of Lam Ha District donated to share with the people of the provinces, including the capital.

The people of Lam Ha district have trusted and entrusted the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee to send a delegation of officials to present the donated money to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City, with the desire to share with their homeland. As of 4:00 p.m. on September 20, the total amount transferred to the Hanoi City "Relief" Fund was more than 153 billion VND.
