The Hanoi City People's Council is seeking opinions to issue a Resolution regulating a number of contents and levels of support for the criminal police force (CSHS), fire prevention and fighting and rescue police (PCCC&CNCH) under the Hanoi City Police.
Accordingly, the subjects of application are officers, non-commissioned officers of the Criminal Police and Fire Prevention and Rescue Police within the staffing quota of the Hanoi City Police. The funding is supported from the city budget.

Specifically, the City provides monthly support for officers and non-commissioned officers of the City Police Criminal Police Force of VND 3,600,000/person/month; supports the District Police Criminal Police Force of VND 2,700,000/person/month; and the Commune Police Criminal Police Force and Police Stations of VND 1,800,000/person/month.
The city provides monthly support for officers and non-commissioned officers of the city's Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Force of VND 3,600,000/person/month.
The draft also stipulates that in case officers and non-commissioned officers subject to this Resolution are also subject to Resolution No. 13/2023 dated December 6, 2023 of the City People's Council on regulating a number of contents and expenditure levels under the authority of the City People's Council or Resolution No. 13/2024 dated July 1, 2024 of the City People's Council on regulating the contents and expenditure levels to support the local police force and the communal police force in Hanoi, only the highest support item will be guided.
Time for collecting comments on the draft resolution is from November 6, 2024 to the closing date of December 6, 2024.
