According to the Decision, the locations of the 3 traffic intersections are in the communes of Thanh Tri, Nam Phu, Dai Thanh and the wards of Kien Hung and Phu Luong: The intersection with the southern axis road is a modified asterisk-shaped level-separated intersection, fully arranged with branches for all directions;
Intersection with National Highway 1A: direct grade-separated intersection, construction of overpass on Ring Road 3.5 to ensure clearance of existing railway and National Highway 1A;
The intersection with Phap Van-Cau Gie expressway uses an asterisk shape, without a left turn from Ring Road 3.5 to Phap Van.
The red line boundary of 3 traffic intersections is determined according to technical parameters and control conditions; detailed design content within the boundary will be specified in the approved construction investment project.
Hanoi City People's Committee assigns: Hanoi Department of Planning and Architecture to be responsible for checking and confirming the 1/500 scale drawing documents. Updating approved content into relevant plans; City Civil Construction Investment Project Management Board: Takes the lead in publicly announcing the approved plan.
Hand over the documents to the People's Committees of the communes and wards: Thanh Tri, Nam Phu, Dai Thanh, Kien Hung, Phu Luong and related agencies. Coordinate with the Ministry of Construction ; Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism... to ensure compliance with specialized regulations. The People's Committees of the above communes and wards manage construction according to the planning.
Inspect and handle cases of construction works violating planning according to authority and regulations of law.
