Hanoi approves plans for 3 key intersections on Ring Road 3.5.

The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 3852/QD-UBND on approving the Plan and location of 3 traffic intersections between the 3.5 beltway and the southern axis road; National Highway 1A and the Phap Van-Cau Gie expressway, scale 1/500.

According to the Decision, the locations of the three intersections are in the communes of Thanh Tri, Nam Phu, Dai Thanh and the wards of Kien Hung and Phu Luong: The intersection with the southern arterial road is a multi-level interchange in the form of a modified cloverleaf interchange, with fully equipped ramps for all directions;

Interchange with National Highway 1A: a grade-separated interchange with direct access, construction of an overpass on the 3.5 ring road to ensure clearance for the existing railway and National Highway 1A;

The interchange with the Pháp Vân-Cầu Giẽ expressway uses a cloverleaf design, and does not include a left-turn ramp from the 3.5 ring road to Pháp Vân.

The red line boundaries for the three intersections are determined according to technical specifications and control conditions; the detailed design content within these boundaries will be specified in the approved construction investment project.

The Hanoi People's Committee assigns the following responsibilities: The Hanoi Department of Planning and Architecture is responsible for checking and verifying the 1/500 scale drawing documents and updating the approved content in relevant plans; the Hanoi City Civil Construction Investment Project Management Board is responsible for publicly announcing the approved plan.

The dossiers were handed over to the People's Committees of the communes and wards of Thanh Tri, Nam Phu, Dai Thanh, Kien Hung, Phu Luong, and other relevant agencies. Coordination with the Ministry of Construction ; the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism… ensured compliance with specialized regulations. The People's Committees of the aforementioned communes and wards are responsible for managing construction according to the plan.

Inspect and handle cases of construction violations in accordance with the authority and regulations of the law.
