Children from 6 months to under 9 months of age who have not been vaccinated in the first and second vaccination campaigns in 2025 in areas at risk or where measles cases/epidemics are occurring.

The Department of Health requires localities to proactively conduct household surveys, make lists of children in communes, wards, and towns at risk at schools and in the community to avoid missing subjects, especially in areas with population fluctuations. The Provincial Center for Disease Control acts as a focal point to coordinate with localities to guide the methods of investigation and making lists of subjects. Encourage vaccination facilities to provide leaflets with instructions on care, monitoring, and handling of adverse reactions after vaccination for vaccinated subjects and their families, and use social networks such as Zalo and Facebook to connect with vaccinated subjects, collect information to support timely handling of serious adverse events after vaccination.
