QNgTV- The railway industry has just officially launched the feature of online ticket refund without charging fees for cases of train delays or cancellations due to natural disasters or special incidents.

When an incident occurs that affects train safety, the Railway Transport Joint Stock Company will directly notify passengers whose tickets are affected.

After receiving the notification, passengers can access the website http://dsvn.vn to complete the ticket refund procedure; the system will automatically refund the payment to the paid account, no need to go to the station. Users need to enter the correct phone number, email and booking code for the system to verify.

This feature does not apply to tickets purchased and paid in cash at the station or agent. These passengers still pay for tickets directly according to regulations.

On November 16, due to bad weather, the railway temporarily stopped many trips in Khanh Hoa. Previously, storm No. 13 caused severe damage to the route through Gia Lai , disrupting the North-South route for 4 days, forcing many trains to stop running.
