Autumn and Winter in Quang Ninh has a charming beauty with cool weather, suitable for exploring Ha Long Bay, conquering the Binh Lieu border route, visiting Yen Tu or experiencing services at hot mineral resorts like Quang Hanh.

A series of cultural, artistic, sports activities, unique festivals and special local cuisine…create a colorful picture attracting tourists when coming to Quang Ninh on this occasion.

In 2024, Forbes Magazine selected Ha Long Bay as one of the best destinations of the year, with the most attractive experience to try here is enjoying autumn on the heritage bay.

In the fall, the sun in the bay is no longer dazzling, but the sky is clear and the air is cool. From the deck, taking in the view of the wonders and letting your soul drift with the endless blue of the sea and sky and the picturesque rocky islands, this experience is incomparable.

In the Western region, Phuong Hoang peak in Khe village 12, Vang Danh ward is located at an altitude of nearly 500m, covered by pine forests, with rolling grass hills in recent years, making it a suitable place for weekend picnics. Autumn and winter are the seasons when the grass burns golden like a golden carpet from the top to the foot of the hill, visitors can experience camping overnight, waiting for the dawn.

Meanwhile, Yen Tu forest in autumn and winter is also covered in yellow, making the meditation place in the middle of nature become quiet, bringing visitors moments of peace and relaxation.

In the Eastern region, Quang Ninh attracts tourists with the paradise of reed grass in the border communes of Binh Lieu, Hoanh Mo, Luc Hon, which always "make waves" every autumn. This is a famous backpacking destination thanks to the "Dinosaur Spine" road with milestone 1305 located in the middle of the wild, open landscape of the Northeast mountainous region with a cool climate.
