Among them, HDBank 's two financial solutions, MediPay Smart Healthcare Kiosk and eCash - a cash collection solution via digital application, surpassed 337 other nominees to be honored as the best solutions in the "New Products, Solutions, Software, and Services" category.

In the criteria for directly evaluating products and services (uniqueness, effectiveness, marketability, optimal features, technology, and product quality), the "MediPay" smart healthcare kiosk and eCash - a cash collection solution via digital application - both received the highest ratings from the Organizing Committee. HDBank's brand reputation and capabilities also received an excellent recommendation.

Officially launched in July 2024, HDBank has now put its MediPay smart healthcare kiosk solution into operation in 220 hospitals, with 152 hospitals and 188 kiosks already operational, accounting for approximately 13% of the total number of hospitals nationwide.

MediPay is not simply a technological solution, but a revolution in healthcare experience, helping people: register for medical examinations and treatment quickly with automatically standardized data from chip-embedded citizen ID cards connected to the Ministry of Public Security; pay hospital fees cashless, directly through bank accounts; and shorten the entire process to just 1-2 minutes, from registration to payment completion.

This solution not only helps hospitals reduce overcrowding and improve operational efficiency, but also helps people access healthcare services conveniently and transparently, without long queues or worries about cash.

Previously, on May 31, 2024, HDBank officially signed an agreement with the C06 Department of the Ministry of Public Security to sponsor 1,001 kiosks for public medical facilities nationwide, while also committing to fully finance operating costs throughout the 5-year cooperation period, demonstrating HDBank's strong commitment to supporting the national digital transformation strategy.

With eCash – a digital application-based cash collection solution – customers can complete the entire process, from creating collection orders to tracking and managing transactions, 100% online directly on HDBank's digital platform. Specifically, HDBank collects cash from locations designated by customers through its collection staff and transfers it to the customer's bank account opened at HDBank immediately upon completion of the collection order, ensuring transparency, speed, and security.

eCash helps customers centralize their cash, minimizing transportation and counting risks, while optimizing cash flow for reinvestment.
