This is a key task that the Executive Board and the Hansiba Presidium regularly pay attention to, directing the Executive Board team to organize and implement to develop members and increase connectivity.
According to Hansiba Permanent Vice President Nguyen Van, developing and supporting member businesses in investment, production, business, connecting product consumption and improving human resources are among the key goals of the Association in 2023. The Association is striving to help businesses develop together by connecting with domestic and international partners.
At the same time, continue to develop membership, gather businesses that have, are and will participate in Hansiba to understand the capacity and needs of each member in each field to connect and support businesses in terms of capital, land policies, input materials and equipment, promote trade and product consumption and support training of quality human resources to gradually promote supporting industrial activities of Hanoi city, as well as the whole country.

Chairman of the Board of Directors of TPG Group Joint Stock Company Pham Hai Dang said that when joining Hansiba, there will be opportunities to use cross-products of members in the Association. Along with that, he hopes that with its functions, Hansiba will accompany production and business activities, especially approaching policies for TPG to develop.
In the context of Vietnam's rapidly developing economy , the participation of TPG - the investor of Hoang Lau Industrial Park - Vinh Phuc will mark a big step forward in attracting investment, member businesses with suitable products to supply to form a chain to promote economic development. With a scale of up to 50 hectares, Hoang Lau Industrial Park not only meets production needs, but also provides a green, clean, and modern living environment.
It is expected that the construction of Hoang Lau Industrial Park will begin in January 2024, and is expected to be completed and handed over to customers in the fourth quarter of 2024. This is considered a large-scale project, promising to open up many new opportunities for domestic and foreign enterprises.
