Hoan Kiem District is proposing to lease 15 more locations on 5 streets in the pedestrian space (including Dinh Tien Hoang, Hang Khay, Hang Bai, Nguyen Xi, Le Thai To) during the operating hours of the Hoan Kiem Lake pedestrian space and vicinity and 21 locations on 5 streets outside the pedestrian space (including Ly Thuong Kiet, Phan Chu Trinh, Ba Trieu, Le Phung Hieu, Ngo Quyen).
