On the morning of December 22, 2023, the People's Committee of Duong Kinh District carried out the procedure for compulsory land reclamation of Ha Long Seafood One Member Co., Ltd.

The area of ​​recovered land is 120 hectares. The location of the land plot is determined according to the cadastral map (measured) at a scale of 1/2000 prepared by Hai Phong Construction Design Consulting Company (now Hai Phong Construction Design Consulting Joint Stock Company), and appraised by the Hai Phong Department of Land Administration (now the Department of Natural Resources and Environment) in August 2001.

With the participation of relevant forces and representatives of Ha Long Seafood One Member Co., Ltd., the People's Committee of Duong Kinh District has carried out the procedure of notifying the decisions to reclaim the site of the City People's Committee and the District People's Committee, and at the same time conducted an inventory and sealed the assets that the unit did not move on its own, handing them over to the People's Committee of Tan Thanh Ward for management.
