On the afternoon of September 4, the film crew of Tay anh gi mot sao held a press conference in Ho Chi Minh City. Director Kim Sung Hoon and actors Lee Kwang Soo, Hoang Ha, Duy Khanh, and Cu Thi Tra were present to interact with the media and guests.

Arriving in Vietnam on the occasion of National Day September 2nd and receiving much love and welcome from fans, Lee Kwang Soo, who is known as "Prince of Asia", revealed that this was a very meaningful and honorable experience for him. Exactly one year ago, he was also in Vietnam at this time to make a movie.
Talking about the reason for taking on the lead role in The Star in Your Hand , the Korean actor said that first of all, the film has a good script and many points that make him feel sympathetic. Besides, he and director Kim Sung Hoon have had a close relationship for the past 15 years, since their first work.

At the press conference, Lee Kwang Soo impressed with his humor, witty and intelligent answers. He also especially appreciated his co-stars, especially his "muse" Hoang Ha.
According to Lee Kwang Soo, his first impression when meeting Hoang Ha was that she walked in looking exactly like the character he imagined after reading the script. "I think Ha is an actress with a very high adaptability, able to create chemistry with any co-star," Lee Kwang Soo shared.
Talking about her co-star, Hoang Ha said that although it was their first time working together, the two of them worked very well together during filming. According to Hoang Ha, in addition to the two characters being written with many close and cute features, another advantage is that she and Lee Kwang Soo have quite similar feelings, so their reactions when acting are very natural. Besides, because they can communicate with each other in Korean and English, the two of them do not encounter any language barriers.

Not only Hoang Ha, for Duy Khanh and Cu Thi Tra, being able to participate in a movie with Lee Kwang Soo's participation was the important reason why they accepted.
According to director Kim Sung Hoon, the film was developed from his own idea after participating in a film event in Vietnam.
"I don't know much about Vietnam, but that unfamiliarity can help me feel the beauty of Vietnam in a different way than the locals," director Kim Sung Hoon admitted. He also hopes that through the film, he will be able to introduce the beauty of Vietnam to Korean and Southeast Asian audiences.
Director Kim Sung Hoon also explained that he often saw Vietnamese people eating bread for breakfast, so he decided to include this dish in the film. In addition, because he loves Vietnamese coffee and sees that the female lead character also has a strong passion, he decided to use coffee to portray this character.
His Hand Holds a Star is scheduled to be released in theaters from October 3.
