Aiming for a "dual" goal
Not just stopping at exhibiting, businesses participating in the 2025 Autumn Fair all have clear strategic goals, aiming for "dual" benefits - both promoting current sales and building a sustainable cooperation foundation for the future.
Ms. Dang Thi Huong, representative of Minh Tam pottery establishment (Phu Lang pottery village, Bac Ninh ) shared that the unit's goal when participating in the 2025 Autumn Fair is to introduce the quintessence of Phu Lang pottery - a craft village with a history of more than 800 years - to a large number of domestic and foreign tourists.
According to Ms. Huong, the facility is making efforts to preserve and promote traditional values by innovating designs and applying technology in production. “If in the past the main products were traditional jars and pots, now we have developed more modern lines of fine art ceramics, suitable for design trends and interior decoration needs,” Ms. Huong shared.
Minh Tam representative also expressed the desire to connect with domestic interior design businesses, distribution and service units to expand the market, and receive support from management agencies in promoting ceramic products and the image of the craft village internationally.
Notably, many businesses have connected with potential partners at the event and are actively seeking more partnership opportunities to promote cooperation and expand the market.
Mr. A Macao, Sales Director of Tay Bac TV Company, said: "The goal of participating in the fair is to promote Lai Chau natural products, notably the sesame bean sprout polygonum multiflorum pills, dried polygonum multiflorum roots and turmeric tea pills."
He commented: “The fair is helping our products reach more businesses and customers, and at the same time, I also want to take advantage of this event to connect with Oriental medicine and pharmaceutical partners who can directly link with the company”. Currently, the company has connected with two partners, a medicinal material production unit and a pharmaceutical enterprise, opening up prospects for cooperation in the future.
Bringing products from the South to the North, Ms. Dang Thanh Thien Hau, Director of FanZa Bird's Nest Company Limited, An Giang said: "We participate in the fair to promote our brand and expand our sales market, through connecting with other businesses or other contacts. At the fair, the company connected with a Chinese partner and received many invitations to cooperate from domestic businesses, including proposals to put products on e-commerce platforms to reach a wider range of consumers."
Trade bridge
With a large scale and expected to welcome hundreds of thousands of visitors every day, the Autumn Fair 2025 creates a huge potential market for businesses, especially the opportunity to directly approach target customers. This is an important bridge to help Vietnamese businesses strengthen international integration, exchange experiences, and receive technology transfer in the fields of green economy and circular economy.
The booths of major international e-commerce platforms such as Amazon in the "Quintessence of Vietnamese Culture" area are proof of the "Go Digital - Go Global" spirit, attracting many domestic businesses to learn how to bring their products to the global market.
Mr. Nguyen Duc Hoa, Account Management Specialist of Amazon Global Selling Vietnam, said that many programs to support Vietnamese businesses to access international markets are being implemented by this unit.
“New businesses will receive free training and support in the first year on sales skills, market research, and how to operate effectively. After the first year, if they meet the standards, they will be able to participate in a separate development program, with each year a specialized topic to help them expand their scale and improve their competitiveness,” said Mr. Hoa.
According to Mr. Hoa, the businesses participating in this year's fair are quite diverse, from large corporations with products ready for export to small businesses and business households. The latter group mainly focuses on products with Vietnamese advantages, such as OCOP products, typical regional agricultural products, handicraft materials, wood products and processed goods. It is estimated that about 200 businesses have accessed support information from Amazon Global Selling Vietnam.
However, Mr. Hoa emphasized: “Not every product can be sold. Businesses need to research the market, adjust or develop products suitable for target customers. This is also the basis for classifying businesses and products, thereby supporting according to capacity.”
The festival is considered by experts to be an important foundation for creating long-term, sustainable cooperative relationships, contributing to raising Vietnam's position on the international investment and trade map.
With the participation of hundreds of domestic and foreign enterprises, the Autumn Fair 2025 is proving its role as an important bridge in promoting trade and investment cooperation. This is also an opportunity for Vietnamese enterprises to innovate, expand relationships and affirm their position in the international market.
