Aiming for a "dual" goal
Beyond simply showcasing their products, businesses participating in the Autumn Fair 2025 all have clear strategic goals, aiming for a "dual" benefit – boosting current sales while building a sustainable foundation for future cooperation.
Ms. Dang Thi Huong, representative of Minh Tam pottery workshop (Phu Lang pottery village, Bac Ninh ), shared that the unit's goal in participating in the Autumn Fair 2025 is to introduce the essence of Phu Lang pottery - a craft village with a history of over 800 years - to a large number of domestic and international tourists.
According to Ms. Huong, the facility is striving to preserve and promote traditional values by innovating designs and applying technology in production. "While previously our products were mainly traditional jars and vases, now we are developing modern artistic ceramic lines that suit design trends and interior decoration needs," Ms. Huong shared.
Representatives from Minh Tam establishment also expressed their desire to connect with domestic interior design businesses, distributors, and service providers to expand their market, and to receive support from management agencies in promoting ceramic products and the image of the craft village internationally.
Notably, many businesses connected with potential partners at the event and are actively seeking further collaboration opportunities to foster cooperation and expand their markets.
Mr. A Ma Cao, Business Director of Tay Bac TV Company, said: "The goal of participating in the fair is to promote Lai Chau's natural products, notably the Polygonum multiflorum and sesame seed capsules, dried Polygonum multiflorum root, and turmeric and Gynostemma pentaphyllum capsules."
He stated, "The trade fair is helping our products reach more businesses and customers, and we also want to take advantage of this event to connect with partners in traditional medicine and pharmaceuticals who can directly link with our company." Currently, the company has connected with two partners, one herbal medicine producer and one pharmaceutical company, opening up prospects for future cooperation.
Bringing products from the South to the North, Ms. Dang Thanh Thien Hau, Director of FanZa Bird's Nest Co., Ltd., An Giang, said: "We participated in the fair to promote our brand and expand our sales market, through connecting with other businesses or other contacts. At the fair, the company connected with a Chinese partner and received many cooperation offers from domestic businesses, including proposals to put our products on e-commerce platforms to reach a wider consumer base."
A bridge for trade and commerce.
With its large scale and expected attendance of hundreds of thousands of visitors each day, the Autumn Fair 2025 creates a huge potential market for businesses, especially offering opportunities to directly reach target customers. This is an important bridge helping Vietnamese businesses strengthen international integration, exchange experiences, and receive technology transfer in the fields of green economy and circular economy.
The booths of major international e-commerce platforms like Amazon in the "Vietnamese Cultural Quintessence" area are a testament to the "Go Digital - Go Global" spirit, attracting numerous domestic businesses to explore ways to bring their products to the global market.
Mr. Nguyen Duc Hoa, Account Manager at Amazon Global Selling Vietnam, said that the company is implementing many programs to support Vietnamese businesses in accessing international markets.
“New businesses will receive free training and support during their first year on sales skills, market research, and operational methods to maintain efficiency. After the first year, if they meet the criteria, businesses will participate in a dedicated development program, with a different in-depth theme each year to help them scale up and enhance their competitiveness,” Mr. Hoa said.
According to Mr. Hoa, the businesses participating in this year's fair are quite diverse, ranging from large corporations with products ready for export to small businesses and household enterprises. The latter group mainly focuses on products in which Vietnam has a competitive advantage, such as OCOP products, characteristic regional agricultural products, handicraft materials, wood products, and processed goods. It is estimated that around 200 businesses have accessed support information from Amazon Global Selling Vietnam.
However, Mr. Hoa emphasized: "It's not enough to just have a product and sell it. Businesses need to research the market, adjust or develop products to suit their target customers. This is also the basis for classifying businesses and products, and then providing support according to their capabilities."
Experts consider the festival to be an important platform for creating long-term, sustainable cooperative relationships, contributing to elevating Vietnam's position on the international investment and trade map.
With the participation of hundreds of domestic and international businesses, the Autumn Fair 2025 is proving its role as an important bridge in promoting trade and investment cooperation. It is also an opportunity for Vietnamese businesses to innovate, expand relationships, and affirm their position in the international market.
