Currently, the province has 75 former Youth Volunteers Associations at the commune and ward levels, with a total of 4,762 members. In 2025, despite facing many organizational changes, the former Youth Volunteers Associations at all levels in the province made efforts to overcome difficulties, effectively implemented various aspects of their work, and achieved many positive results.

The work of showing solidarity and support among comrades continues to be a central and continuous task in the Association's activities. During the year, the Association at all levels mobilized over 2.3 billion VND to build 7 houses of compassion; and also distributed over 2,400 gifts to former Youth Volunteers in difficult circumstances during holidays, festivals, and traditional days, contributing to encouraging, sharing, and helping members stabilize their lives.
The "Former Youth Volunteers Excelling in Economic Activities " movement has been maintained and developed. Currently, the province has 48 households and 1 agricultural cooperative owned by former Youth Volunteers that have achieved the title of "Excellent in Economic Activities," with an average annual revenue of approximately 500 million VND, creating jobs for 173 workers.
The association has diversified its production and business models, ranging from farming and livestock breeding to services. In addition, the association has established and maintained a Solidarity Fund for Comrades with a total capital of over 4.4 billion VND, providing timely support to members to develop their businesses and stabilize their lives.

The Dak Lak Provincial Association of Former Youth Volunteers also regularly pays attention to and directs its branches at all levels to encourage members to actively participate in government programs and movements launched by the Vietnam Fatherland Front and local organizations such as: "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas", "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods", supporting people affected by natural disasters and floods, Day for the Poor...
In 2026, the Provincial Association of Former Youth Volunteers will continue to innovate the content and form of its activities; organize the first Provincial Congress of the Association of Former Youth Volunteers for the 2026-2031 term after the merger, following the guidance of the competent authority. At the same time, it will continue to implement key movements, campaigns, and programs such as: "For the sake of camaraderie, each former youth volunteer does many good deeds," "Former youth volunteers excel in economic activities for the sake of camaraderie," and "Eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses"; promoting the role of historical witnesses, serving as a reliable support and advisor to local Party committees and authorities in resolving issues related to benefits and policies for former youth volunteers.

On this occasion, the Provincial Association of Former Youth Volunteers awarded certificates of merit to 20 collectives and 40 individuals for their outstanding achievements in building the Association's organization in 2025.
