Cao Bang City People's Committee has just held a conference to introduce legal documents for the second quarter of 2025 for the team of judicial and civil servants of wards, communes and heads of residential groups in the area.

The conference disseminated and introduced legal documents including: Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP dated December 31, 2024 of the Government and Decree No. 67 amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 178 on policies and regimes for cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers and armed forces in implementing the organizational arrangement of the political system; Resolution of the People's Council of Cao Bang city on the establishment of the Office of the People's Council and People's Committee under the People's Committee of the city; Official Dispatch No. 1063 of the Provincial People's Committee on developing, promulgating assessment criteria and conducting a comprehensive review of the quality of cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers and commune-level civil servants to consider implementing policies according to Decree No. 178 of the Government; circulars and decrees: regulations on extra teaching and learning; Detailed regulations on a number of articles and measures to implement the Law on Residence; Amending and supplementing a number of articles of the decrees in the fields of civil status, nationality, and authentication; regulations on handling a number of issues related to the application of administrative measures to send drug addicts from 12 to under 18 years old to reform schools, compulsory education facilities, compulsory drug rehabilitation facilities, and measures to send drug addicts from 12 to under 18 years old to compulsory drug rehabilitation facilities when reorganizing the State apparatus; Project No. 758 on reorganizing the Department of Justice of Cao Bang province.
