Online conference to review, urge, and guide the removal of difficulties and obstacles in the implementation of real estate projects for localities and businesses

On March 11, the Prime Minister 's Working Group held a conference to review, urge, and guide the removal of difficulties and obstacles in the implementation of real estate projects for localities and enterprises after the promulgation of new laws. Comrade Tran Hong Ha, Deputy Prime Minister chaired the conference. Attending at the provincial bridge were Comrade Le Huyen, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and leaders of local departments and branches.

According to the report of the Ministry of Construction , in recent times, the Government, the Prime Minister, the Prime Minister's Working Group, together with ministries, branches and localities, have issued many directives to implement many synchronous solutions to remove difficulties for the real estate market, helping the real estate market overcome the most difficult period. In 2023, the Working Group received 142 documents reporting difficulties and recommendations from localities and enterprises related to 191 real estate projects; in the first 2 months of 2024, the Working Group received 4 documents reporting difficulties and obstacles related to 4 real estate projects...

In his concluding remarks, the Deputy Prime Minister emphasized that the Government's Working Group and localities need to focus on removing difficulties and obstacles for the real estate market; clearly identify the cause of the difficulties and which department must intervene to resolve them completely. In the coming time, the Government's Working Group must promptly guide and remove difficulties and obstacles in legal procedures; urge localities to resolve difficulties and obstacles of real estate projects. On the part of the State Bank of Vietnam, it will continue to closely monitor real estate credit developments to have measures to remove difficulties, promote credit lending to real estate enterprises; strengthen direction, urging, and guidance of commercial banks to facilitate businesses, real estate projects and home buyers to access credit sources. For localities, it is necessary to review and study to remove difficulties and obstacles for real estate projects in the area; Resolutely resolve difficulties and obstacles for projects that have been reviewed by the Prime Minister's Working Group; actively organize meetings and work directly with each enterprise and each project, especially large projects, to listen to the difficulties and obstacles of enterprises in order to promptly resolve difficulties and obstacles within the authority of land, investment, planning, and housing. For enterprises that proactively review legal procedures, specifically state the difficulties and obstacles of each project to request competent authorities to consider and resolve them in accordance with their functions and authority.
