First meeting of the Subcommittee on Documents for the 15th Provincial Party Congress.

BTO - On the morning of June 12th, the Subcommittee on Documents for the 15th Provincial Party Congress (2025-2030 term) held its first meeting to implement the task of preparing the documents to be submitted to the 15th Provincial Party Congress (2025-2030 term). Comrade Nguyen Hoai Anh – Alternate Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council – chaired the meeting. Also attending were Comrade Doan Anh Dung – Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, along with other members of the Subcommittee on Documents.

The Subcommittee on Documents for the 15th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, was established according to Decision No. 1626-QD/TU, dated April 12, 2024, of the Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee, and consists of 35 members. The Head of the Subcommittee is Comrade Nguyen Hoai Anh - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee. The Subcommittee is tasked with preparing the Political Report, the draft Resolution of the 15th Provincial Party Congress, and other documents to be presented at the 15th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Doan Anh Dung, delivered a speech at the meeting.

Comrade Dang Hong Sy - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department - contributed his opinions at the meeting.

At the meeting, delegates focused their discussions and provided feedback on issues such as: the assignment of tasks to members of the Sub-committee; the Sub-committee's working regulations; the draft plan for drafting documents and other materials for the Congress; and the proposal to establish an editorial team to assist the Sub-committee on Documents. Delegates generally agreed on these points, however, many delegates also clarified some aspects and tasks with the goal of ensuring the work is completed successfully and with the best possible results.

Concluding the meeting, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Hoai Anh highly appreciated the heartfelt, responsible, and relevant opinions of the delegates attending the meeting, aimed at best preparing for the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term. These opinions will be incorporated to refine the draft documents, clarifying the tasks for implementation. The Provincial Party Secretary stated that this will also serve as a basis for Party Congresses at all levels within the province to refer to, especially in studying the outline of the political report, enabling Party Committees at all levels in the province to proactively develop their own Party Congress documents. Regarding the personnel of the Document Subcommittee and its supporting staff, the restructuring will be submitted to the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee for their opinions. Simultaneously, a permanent staff of the Document Subcommittee will be established to direct and coordinate the supporting staff and prepare the content of the Subcommittee's meetings.

The Provincial Party Secretary also mentioned the assignment of tasks for drafting the Political Report, Action Program, and Review Report... Regarding the drafting of the Resolution, it will be chaired by the Standing Deputy Provincial Party Secretary, with several members of the Document Subcommittee assigned accordingly. In addition, a section on other documents needs to be added, including specialized reports as guided by the Central Committee, the Congress program, the Congress proceedings, and speeches… The work plan needs to be concisely edited, clearly outlining the tasks to be done and the timelines for implementation.
