Regarding science and technology, I hope that Korea will support the operation of VKIST Institute in phase 1. Soon support phase 2, encourage large Korean corporations to open innovation centers and R&D centers in Vietnam; sponsor exchange programs for Vietnamese and Korean students, including young delegates/parliamentarians. This is the future of Vietnam - Korea relations in the next 30 years.
