In a report presented at the meeting, the Department of Construction said the province's road network has reached more than 9,346km, spanning from expressways, national highways, provincial roads to urban and rural transport systems.
On that basis, the transport development program for the period 2021 - 2025, with a vision to 2030, identifies a series of key tasks: prioritizing investment in dynamic routes, expanding space for industrial and service development, increasing freight transport capacity and ensuring convenient connections to strategic hubs such as seaports, international border gates and airports. This is also an orientation consistent with the development goal of the Northern Key Economic Zone.
