Bao Yen district organizes the Emulation Congress for Victory period 2019 - 2024

On the afternoon of May 29, Bao Yen District People's Committee solemnly held the Emulation Congress for Victory, period 2019 - 2024.

Over the past 5 years, the "Determination to Win" emulation movement of Bao Yen district's armed forces has been deployed regularly and continuously, associated with the patriotic emulation movement and local campaigns, and achieved many results. In particular, focusing on completing well the tasks of training, rehearsals, combat readiness, building the district's armed forces strong in politics , ideology, organization, building a clean and strong party organization, and a strong unit in all aspects. Promoting the effectiveness of the models of "Self-reflection, self-correction", "4-good Party Cell", "4-good Grassroots Party Committee", thereby, the principles, order, and regime of party activities are maintained; the work of managing, educating, and training cadres and party members is concerned in all aspects; implementing well the breakthrough "Improving the capacity and responsibility of setting examples of cadres and party members" associated with implementing the spirit of "7 dares".

Implementing the emulation movement "Army joins hands to build new rural areas" and the model "Skilled mass mobilization", the armed forces have contributed more than 2,315 working days to build new rural areas; supported more than 1,500 working days to build gratitude houses and solidarity houses; proactively prepared forces and means to participate in overcoming the consequences of natural disasters and epidemics and the "60-day and night campaign" to help people evacuate their houses, materials and crops in the Sa Pa Airport project area in Cam Con commune to ensure timely and effective work.

With its achievements and results, Bao Yen District Military Command has been awarded the title of Determined to Win Unit by the Military Region 2 Command 3 times, and Certificates of Merit by the Provincial People's Committee 4 times in movements and emulation campaigns; 220 collectives and individuals have been awarded at all levels.
