Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Duong Duc Tuan has just signed and issued Decision No. 6222/QD-UBND dated December 3, 2024 on approving the results of the architectural design competition for the Construction Investment Project: Multi-level, advanced, modern, high-quality general school in Thach That district. Location: Kim Quan commune, Thach That district, Hanoi city.

According to the Decision, approving the results of the architectural design competition for the Investment Project to build a multi-level, advanced, modern, high-quality general school in Thach That district in Kim Quan commune, Thach That district, organized by the People's Committee of Thach That district.

The Council for the architectural design competition of the Construction Investment Project: Multi-level, advanced, modern, high-quality general school in Thach That district evaluated and ranked as follows:

First Prize: Project code: "AD7979", author is a consortium of ADA Design Consulting Joint Stock Company and Associates & Tien Hung Design Joint Stock Company;

Second Prize: Project code: "BN1984", author is Avityco Architecture and Construction Joint Stock Company;

Third Prize: Solution code: "LA6898", author is Hanoi Planning and Architecture Consulting Company Limited.

The Hanoi People's Committee assigned the Thach That District People's Committee to publicly announce the contest results and notify the participating units and relevant agencies, organizations and individuals; Organize the awarding of prizes to the participating units with winning plans in accordance with the Contest Regulations and current regulations.

The costs of the competition, the rights and responsibilities of organizations and individuals participating in the competition for architectural plans comply with the provisions of Articles 21 and 22 of Decree No. 85/2020/ND-CP dated July 17, 2020 of the Government detailing a number of articles of the Law on Architecture and current legal regulations.
