Therefore, the Hue City Hydrometeorological Station issued the last news about this rain. After storm 13 made landfall, it weakened very quickly. This morning (November 7), the sea area of Hue City had wind level 5, sometimes level 6, gusting to level 7, rough sea, waves: 2-3m high.
From this afternoon (November 7), the wind at sea has decreased to level 4-5, the sea is normal. On land, there are gusts of level 7-8 (the highest wind in A Luoi: Level 8 at 10:30 p.m. on November 6). Currently, the water level on Huong River and Bo River is fluctuating at approximately level 2; it is likely to peak above level 2 early this morning (November 7) and then gradually decrease, ending the flood.
