This is my first time in Vietnam. I heard the news and saw many pictures about the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day in Vietnam on the internet. Therefore, I decided to come here to witness the magnificent and attractive parades and marches.

I regularly make some video clips and post them on my Instagram. I travel all over the world to take photos and videos, documenting impressive events and moments. I feel I made the right choice and am lucky to be among the people here, in this wonderful atmosphere!

I really thought the event would attract so many people. It was really interesting because there were so many Vietnamese and foreigners on the streets, around the area where the Celebration took place in Ho Chi Minh City. I know there were people here all night to reserve seats because they wanted to see the parades and marches go by.

I not only took photos and videos but also interviewed the people here. They shared with me their joy, excitement and pride in today's holiday. I will post these impressive images on social media so that many people around the world can learn about Vietnam and your victory 50 years ago.

Arriving in Ho Chi Minh City, I was immediately attracted by the atmosphere of today's anniversary. I watched some documentary films and read about Vietnam's history, including the history of the struggle for national liberation. Your country has a very proud history of fighting to protect independence! And today I witnessed that pride through the eyes and enthusiasm of the large number of Vietnamese people gathered here. I felt your full energy. I also felt the strength through the parade groups practicing on the streets a few days ago. Today, the parade and march were truly impressive!

I bought this red flag shirt with yellow star on the street a few days ago to wear today. I tried to find a good spot to watch the parades, but it was very difficult because everywhere was so crowded. But it was okay, because standing at this position I could still feel the warm atmosphere, with the elderly veterans in uniform, their chests covered with medals; young people waving flags with joyful faces. I felt the patriotic spirit, the atmosphere of pride. Everyone was friendly, kind and willing to share and help. I was given a flag by a young Vietnamese person.

This is my first time in Vietnam. I came here to understand more about your country. I know that your country has gone through many years of war and finally won.
