Potique Nha Trang Hotel introduces French cuisine with a special French-style grilled chicken thigh dish for only 599,000 VND, suitable for 4 people.

Mr. Truong Minh Toan, General Manager of Potique Hotel shared: “The French-style grilled chicken thigh menu of Potique Hotel includes 3 dishes, costs 599,000 VND and is suitable for 4 guests (price includes service charge and tax). Thus, it only takes about 100,000 VND/person to enjoy French-style dishes in a restaurant of a luxurious 5-star hotel.”

In addition to the main course of grilled chicken thighs with shrimp sauce served with spaghetti (or garlic butter toast or garlic butter fried rice), there is also an appetizer with a choice of macrobiotic salad with passion fruit sauce or French onion soup, and a dessert with a choice of passion fruit cheesecake or fruit yogurt. In addition, each guest will receive a free soft drink or fruit juice when booking a table and paying in advance.

For food connoisseurs, French-style grilled chicken thighs are perfect when enjoyed with French rose or red wine.

Chef Huynh Chien shared: “The chicken thighs are selected from super meat chickens, slaughtered on the same day and the chicken thighs do not have broken tendons or torn skin. After being cleaned, the chicken thighs will be marinated with herbs (thyme leaves, rosemary leaves), salt, pepper, onion and garlic for 30 minutes at 25 degrees Celsius. Then, massage the chicken thighs to melt the fat and absorb the spices better. After marinating, continue to soak the chicken thighs, vegetables and herbs with apple juice and soda for 24 hours to make the chicken meat more chewy and delicious. After 24 hours of soaking, the chicken thighs will be grilled at 160 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes. When cutting the chicken thighs, diners will feel the aroma of apples and vegetables, the spicy taste of soda and the sweetness of the meat fibers inside the chicken thighs.”
