This survey aims to improve the quality of training, ensuring the goal of becoming a key university in the fields of journalism, communication, political theory and some other social sciences and humanities. This survey takes place from October 7, 2023 to October 12, 2023.
During the 6 working days at the Academy, the delegation focused on studying the supporting documents of the faculties, institutes, departments, offices, and centers in the Academy; observing the actual practice and laboratory rooms; information technology infrastructure; software serving the administration and management of the Academy; checking learning materials at the Library; observing the actual classrooms, offices, medical stations, dormitories, sports areas, cafeterias, and other facilities.
The external evaluation team's experts paid special attention to the training program, detailed outline, and teaching methods of all training levels of the Academy, including bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees. The evaluation team also conducted interviews with internal and external stakeholders, including lecturers, staff, students, trainees, alumni, and employers.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Minh Son - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Academy, Chairman of the Self-Assessment Council shared: “The main goal in our development strategy is to become a key university in the fields of journalism, communications, political theory and a number of other social sciences and humanities. Therefore, the University always focuses on self-assessment within and outside the training facilities and training programs. This official survey is also our commitment to continuously improving the quality of training and striving to achieve the set goals”.
Associate Professor, Dr. Pham Minh Son expressed his belief that the results of this official survey to assess the quality of education will continue to clarify and accurately indicate the current state of the school's training activities. The evaluation opinions of the expert delegation are valuable bases for the school to continue to improve and enhance the quality of training to meet the needs of society and affirm the reputation of the school.
