The festival takes place over 3 days (December 5-7) at Hoan Kiem Lake, Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square, Hanoi , with a series of diverse, creative and meaningful activities.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Le Hai Binh said that 2025 marks a proud milestone when Vietnam rose to 46th place globally in the World Happiness Report, up 8 places compared to the previous year. This is not only a statistical number, but also a recognition of the Party and State's persistent efforts in creating a peaceful and humane living environment and, above all, the optimistic and benevolent spirit of the Vietnamese people. At the same time, it vividly reflects the aspirations and solidarity of millions of Vietnamese people towards a prosperous, prosperous and loving future.

Mr. Le Hai Binh emphasized: "Each citizen is the subject that creates happiness, is the one who inspires and tells the story of that happiness through his own life. For the Vietnamese people, happiness is always built on simple things: A warm meal, a bountiful harvest, a helping hand in times of trouble. It is these small values that have contributed to creating the country's lasting strength for many generations."

With that meaning, Vietnam Happy Fest 2025 was born as a multi-layered experience journey. This year's event space is organized along the streets around Hoan Kiem Lake. 13 experience points are designed as 13 emotional rhythms: Vietnam Happiness Exhibition; Digital interactive space; Art photo booth; Happiness prism; Happiness map; Outdoor activity "Health is happiness"; Sending happiness to tomorrow; Sharing happiness; Happiness announcer.

In particular, at the Ly Thai To Monument area, the Tree of Happiness will receive tens of thousands of wishes and blessings. Each small piece of paper is a story, a wish, a seed of love. Besides honoring happiness, the event also sends a spirit towards the Central region and difficult areas.

A special activity that attracted attention was the Mass Wedding of 80 couples - "Love is happiness". The joy of 80 couples today symbolizes 80 years of Independence - Freedom - Happiness of the nation.

Among them, there are young couples starting a new life, and there are couples who have been together for 15, 30, 50 years. They are living images showing that happiness is not a miracle, but understanding and sharing every day.

Along with the wedding ceremony, other activities such as: Vietnamese costume parade "Bach hoa bi hanh" with 800 people; Workshop "Lang luong hanh"; Award ceremony Happy Vietnam 2025; Music night "Vietnam hanh hanh"... will take people and tourists on a journey of colors, art and sincere emotions.

The 3rd Happy Vietnam Awards, also held on the platform of promoting the national image of Vietnam, continued to reap many successes. In 2025, the contest attracted more than 4,600 authors with more than 17,000 photo and video works, 1.7 times higher than in 2024. Each work is a touching story, a true slice of the Vietnamese people, of the peaceful life and the beauty that is changing every day of the country, told through the respectful perspective of the people themselves and international friends.
